Who are the oppressors in the story so far, and who are the victims?

By so far, I'm not sure where you mean in the story. Generally, the oppressors were white people. The government men who chased Indian children, the Catholic residential schools, racist white hockey crowds, racist media....Saul had to contend with all of these.
