What conclusion did Malala and Pakistanis draw from the incident involving Raymond Davis, the American CIA agent?

Raymond Davis is an American diplomat and "suspected" CIA agent who was arrested in Pakistan after shooting two Muslims who he claimed were harassing him. Davis’s arrest causes relations between America and Pakistan to deteriorate. This makes it verydifficult for Malala to be taken out of the country for medical treatment. I think politcs and power struggle make it difficult for people like Malala to spread their message.
