How does Marlow's sense of the Belgian imperial project compare with his feelings toward the British Empire?

Certainly the Belgians wanted to share in the awesome wealth that the British Empire had accumulated. The Belgian's wanted to show that they too could enforce their dominance on "uncivilized" places.
