Do you think there is a positive side to this viewpoint that dickens may have neglected or deliberatley ignored why or why now

A positive side to the dirty factories where people worked, including children, for minuscule pay is difficult to comprehend. There would be a sense of community among some workers but it is pretty hard to be happy when most people are near starving or sick from poor hygiene, poor sanitation, and disease.
