There is definitely more than one conflct in the novel.... here are a few.
Internal- Victor's preoccupation with creating life and subsequent abhorence and abandonment of his creation.
Internal- The monster's confusion over his identity and his purpose for being created.
Man vs Man (Monster)- The monster's revenge
