How does Liesl describe Dunstan? In your opinion is it an accurate description?
Part 5 Chapter 5
Part 5 Chapter 5
Liesel basically calls Dunstan a little boy who refuses to live his life. Instead of realizing his desires, he hides in the shadows keeping other people's secrets. I think this works to some extent. Dunstan is who he is: an intellectual looking for the meaning of life. Realizing primal desires can be liberating but I'm not sure they provide meaning to life that Dunstan searches for.
