Frank O'Hara
Frank O’Hara, a member of the New York School of poets, is known for his plain language, "I do this, I do that," postmodern verse. A stable of the city’s art and literary circles, O’Hara is often referred to as “a poet among painters," a phrase first coined by critic Marjorie Perloff in 1977.
