how does Isabe unintentionally contribute to Marta's hostility?

Isabel is a hard worker who seldom complains. Esperanza does not fully understand what fuels Marta’s anger, so Isabel explains the tough working and living conditions for some of the migrant workers. I suppose Marta might resent Isabel for her work ethic.
