What does Ender seek and does he actually find it?

Ender wants freedom; he's tired of playing the game and doing whatever everyone wants from him. In the end, he does what he wants, and his focus becomes finding a home for those destroyed in a war he never really knew he was fighting. So yes, he does find what he wants.
