how do ender and his new friemds deal with predjudice? is it siccessful or not and why?

Basically Ender deals with the prejudice od others by reciprocating with kindness.

I think they simply train together and are so good that they keep getting noticed and promoted. It is successful because other boys then wish to be part of their group.
