Graff talks about the need for trust, who trusts and doesent trust graff?

I'm not sure that anybody really trusts Graff. Ender understands that he is being manipulated by Graff early in the story. Osprey says to Ender, Graff doesn't trust you, but he barely trusts me and I've known him for twenty eight years.
