Explain the meaning of the nightmare ender experience

Ender has quite a few nightmares so it depends on which one you are referring to. Sometimes Ender has nightmares about the buggers or the video game he is playing. Other times he has nightmares about has nightmares about Bonzo and about killing his sister Valentine.
