After Peter spraypaints on her bed, Al says, “Ignore him. He’s an idiot. If you don’t get angry, he’ll stop eventually.” In your experience, do people like Peter stop when you ignore them? Why? Why not?

In my experience, people that I would describe as acting like idiots are generally looking for attention. If they can't get positive attention..... they seek negative attention. For the most part, if you ignore them, they will leave you alone.
