What impression do you get of Miss Betsey Trotwood? Do you think she is a nice person ? Give reason

This question has been asked and answered. The second part of your question requires your opinion. There is no right or wrong answer. In my opinion, Miss Betsey is a wonderful woman. After David arrives at her home after his mother's death, she completely redeems herself for having stormed out of the house when he was born. Once we get to know her, we can see that Miss Betsey is a kind and loving woman, though she sometimes has trouble displaying her affection. We also come to realize that had she known David's mother was in trouble.... she would have helped her. Miss Betsey may have been cold, but she wasn't heartless.
