Chapter 17: How does Peter manage to both free himself from his bonds as well as escape?

Peter broke a wine bottle against the stone wall of the hut and used a shard of glass to cut the bonds around his ankles. Then he hit Duncan on the head with a stone and used another shard of glass to free his hands.
