What Are the Names of Marcus' Parents?

Marcus' mom and dad are the side characters of Cardboard. Just like him, they are also a wealthy family. Marcus' dad is a buisnessman with excellent legal representation, and the mom calls her son "a little boo-boo boy", however, she can't stand him causing trouble. Now, the father won't allow Mike to come over, even when after the cardboard maker was stolen by said boy. Towards the end, after the house is destroyed by rain, the father offers Mike a job to rebuild their house (after all, he's in their debt). However, whilst making this book, Doug TenNapel never revealed their names, so what are the names of Marcus' parents?
