There is really all three ironies here. Hitler busting the moves out at a Jewish school is situational irony. The reader knows what is wrong with this but Trevor, at the time, was pretty clueless hence dramatic irony. Trevor's conversation with the lady who hired him is full of verbal irony.
What purpose does Noah have for using irony in Chapter 15¿? (besides comedic relief)
