What are Denver and Sethe's attitude toward the ghost?

Sethe accepts the presence of Beloved's ghost because it is always alive inside of her. The ghost is a symbol of her guilt, and without confession it will continue to haunt her. Denver like the presence of the ghost, she feels protective of Beloved, and in truth, Beloved is her only company.
