Connection problem

I am trying to connect my arua to a apartment community network, before the new network was installed the arua worked flawlessly. Once the network was installed the aura has a offline message displayed, after connecting and changing the password for the network. The internet provider has no answer for the problem. I believe it is a firewall installed, would that interfere with properly connecting the arua? I would be greatly appreciated for any help, thank you.
