what differences exist in the dialogue of the two speakers? how do those differences characterize the tone of each speaker's voice?

The difference that exist in the dialog of the two speakers would deal with persona and voice. The two speakers are of different gender (boy/girl), we can see they're young (teenagers) by their tone, and their opinions differ on love (the girl is disappointed/ the young man is insincere).
