An Inspector Calls
Who say "Well that changes everything"
In the play after they find out (or they think they have) that the Inspector is a fake someone says that, that changes everything. Who is it? Is it Gerald?

Although this quote sounds famillar, I've just scanned through the text and I can't seem to find that exact quotation. I would suggest that it is Arthur Birling who says this given the context but I cannot see the quotation currently.
There are however a couple of other quotations Mr Birling says which have a similar meaning and are at the same point in the play:
- 'This makes a difference, y'know. In fact it makes all the difference.'
- 'But the whole thing's different now.'
Hope this helps 😀
sheila says that to Gerald when he was asking if she wanted the engagement ring back.
