I need to write a 600-1000 word paper on his thoughts when he finds out George is coming. I need some ideas on what I can say.
I think that George Deever scares Joe. George is a reminder of all of Joe's sins. I think Joe knew it was only a matter of time until George discovered the truth, discovered that his father is innocent and that Joe is a murderer and a coward. I think you might also touch on the fact that George is a WW2 vet who also represents the all soldiers Joe did a disservice to by using the faulty plane parts.
