Chapter Four is told from Quinn's perspective, in which, he first attends Jill's party, leaves and returns home, as he is unable to enjoy himself because of the incident at Jerry's. The next day, he argues with his mother about his mother's empty flask (he's given it to Guzzo), goes to his brother's game to support him and provide inspiration, after which, the brothers go to Mother's Pizza for lunch.
