How did Kang's pottery work compare to min's?

This depends where in the story you mean. Initially Kang is the master potter with a new technique. Min however learns to make pots superior to Kang's. Ambassador Kim tells Min that if he were to produce a “In-lay” pot similar to Kang’s with superior design then Min could take it to Songdo, the capital, and Min would receive the commission.
