This question calls for your opinion. There is no right or wrong answer. Jefferson is not an animal. He did not set out to kill anyone... he didn't kill anyone. He got himself into a situation that he couldn't get out of.... he panicked, but he did not commit murder. His defense attorney, however, isn't completely wrong. Jefferson isn't intelligent. He is uneducated, slow to think.... but he isn't a hog. Both attorneys liken him to an animal..... and they're both wrong.
