Should people be required to work in order to receive Medicaid? YES OR NO... Briefly explain your choice.

This wants your opinion. I think Medicare is a human right just as food and shelter should be. People should not have to have a job to receive it. It is human decency to provide everybody with good medicine regardless of background.
