Is Brazil Monarchy, Dictatorship, or Democracy? Why do you think so? Do you think people in this country have rights and freedoms?

Brazil is a federal presidential constitutional republic, which is based on a representative democracy. Right now Jair Messias Bolsonaro is a Brazilian politician and retired military officer who holds power. He is a popularist leader and very contentious leader in Brazil and around the world. He is known for his "strong arm politics". I personally think he wields a kind of power that is intimidating to the average person and the environment. This, however, is asking for your opinion.
